Extremely disappointed with Parfait's customer service and return policy. I ordered two bras (Order #9218) during a sale, choosing my usual size — but both items fit completely differently and were not wearable. Despite this, they refused to allow a return or even an exchange, citing a "no returns during sale" policy, which is inconsistent because I’ve returned sale items before.
What’s worse is the customer support experience — they only replied after 34 emails. As a loyal customer, this has been exhausting and frustrating. I even placed a new order with the corrected size, hoping that would show good faith — yet still, they refused to help.
For a premium brand, this kind of rigid policy and unresponsive support is unacceptable. At the very least, exchanges for size issues should be allowed. I hope Parfait seriously reconsiders how it handles returns, especially for repeat customers.
