I ordered bra yesterday and done payment via Google pay but it’s not showing on my orders in my account . I didn’t get any text message or email about my order and money is also deducted from My account I am Trying to reach parfait team But all in vain no one is responding

The worst customer service company. I have been trying to reach out to them via any number but there is non available and email replies are very slow. I had placed exchange request on saturday and confirmed by monday the products but they are saying it will take another week to get them. Customer service needs to change
